The best option for your 2025 Audi is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDA417 because it combines a sleek look with functionality. The hitch receiver is visible when you need it, but removable when you don't need it so you retain the nice factory look of your A4 Allroad.
Attached is a photo of this installed on a 2018 A4 so you can get a glimpse of what it looks like installed.
This kit comes with the receiver only for things like a bike rack or cargo carrier, but if you end up needing to do some towing you can get the Tow Kit # 391CONVA5 which comes with the ball mount and wiring you need to accomplish that.
