Hello Al,
Unfortunately, we do not carry a hitch for your 2010 Acura MDX that will work with a full size spare. Since you are looking to put a hitch on the vehicle, your best bet would be to reach out to your local Acura dealership for a mini spare.
With that being said, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75614 would be a great fit with a mini spare.
If you need wiring for light towing or a hitch mounted accessory with lights I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118424, and don't forget a Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144 for a clean looking install.
For a ball mount take a look at the etrailer Ball Mount w/ Pre-Torqued 2" Ball - 2" Hitch - 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs # e67DR.
