Draw Tite Hitch that FIts 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L

Question:
Hi! Will the draw-tite 75699 hitch fit on a 2021 Grand Cherokee L? I see the indicator showing it does for the standard GC, but it says it isn’t a fit for the GCL. Just wondering if the 2 are that different that it can fit one but not the other? Thanks!
