Yes, it will Greg! I'm going with you having a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 based off of the information you gave me. If that's incorrect please comment your year make and model below and I'll adjust my recommendations.
If your Silverado has the factory puck system, you'll need to install the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C88KR. These drop right down into the pucks and provide a base rail set up that works with the Curt Q20 item # C16130 you referenced.
If you do not have the puck system, you're going to have to add a set of 5th wheel rails to your 2022 Silverado. I recommend the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit item # C16429-204.
Please note it is recommended to use a sliding hitch with the shorter bed lengths like your 6-3/4' bed. The Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R24 Slider item # C16566 would work great with both of the set ups I recommended.
