I have a 2019 ford f150 stx with a Westin hdx brush guard will this hitch work with that on the truck still?

Hello Travis; the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch # 65067 will fit your 2019 Ford F-150 with the Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-3835. The mounting locations are different and the receiver will sit below the lower crossbar on the grille guard so it won't be in the way.
