I spoke with my contact at DeeZee and the Universal 3 inch Round Nerf Bars, # DZ3700303, will fit a 2013 Honda Pilot. These polished stainless steel bars measure 32 inches long. These bars are also available in black powder coated steel, # DZ3700301.
Custom fit bars are not currently available for a 2013 Honda Pilot.
