Hello Stephen, thanks for reaching out. I Tried reaching out to the manufacturer of the # EM29FR (Empire Faucets) to find out if the handle is in fact removable and to see if they could provide instructions. The person I got ahold of at Empire Faucets said they "thought" the handle was removable, but that is all I was able to get out of them. They were unable to provide any instructions beyond that. Even after multiple attempts to get this information out of them they were not able to provide an instruction manual or any written instructions for removing the handle. I admit I was disappointed by this.

After looking over one of these faucets I did not see any clear and obvious way to remove the handle. Generally there would be a small plastic cover you can pop off, or there would be a set screw. I did not see either of these which really leads me to believe the handle is NOT removable. I had a similar faucet in my kitchen at home (different brand) and the handle started leaking from the handle. It could not be repaired so I had to spring for a new one. So if yours is leaking, the best solution I can offer is new faucet.

In light of these recent events, I would go with a different brand for your new one. The Phoenix Faucets Hybrid RV Kitchen Faucet # PF231361 is what I recommend.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need anything else.

Hi Jesse. Thanks for getting back to me. I had a friend look at the faucet for me. He found that there is a pop off at the top. Then a phillips screw to remove the handle. Could not get the cartridge out. I think it requires a special tool. In the meantime my wife decided she wanted to replace the faucet with a different one. I appreciate your time. Thanks so much. @Steve Oh cool thanks for sharing! Good to know. Sory to hear you couldn't get it fixed though but I feel like a new faucet is definitely the easiest way to take care of it. Do come back anytime you need anything.
