How to Tell if the Yakima EXO Swing Away Kitchen w/ Enclosed Cargo Carrier Will Work on a Class C

Question:
I have a Leisure Travel Unity 2024 MBL. I would like to get the Exo system, specifically the box and the grill station not sure what it’s called. Can you check and see if this will work with this vehicle? Thank you

Hey Susan, thanks for reaching out!
Yakima is a little weird about motorhomes, but they say a vehicle is an RV (or motorhome in this case) if the distance from the rear axle to the hitch pin hole is 72" or more. I don't know what this measurement is for your 2024 Leisure Travel Unity MBL, but this gives you a way to verify if it's okay to use the Yakima EXO Swing Away Camping Kitchen w/ Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y86AV or not.
As far as distance goes, from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack is 4-1/4" so you'll want to check for clearance at the back.

Hey Susan, were you able to measure the distance from your rear axle to the hitch pin on your Leisure Travel Unity? Knowing how that turned out could help others figure out if the Yakima EXO system will fit their motorhome too.
