Is this plug and play without the need of a resistor to avoid hyper blinking ? Thanks

If the bulbs you are replacing on your 2013 Hyundai Azera are incandescent then yes, you will need load resistors to prevent hyperflashing once you install the Putco Plasma 1156 LED Lights # P241156A-360.

For load resistors you would want the LED Light Bulb Load-Resistors # DI34ZR. I attached a pic that shows how they install.
