Bought a hitch bar for a 2023 Kia Rio 4 door Sedan. Need to find a wiring harness. Curt only goes to 2017? Thanks

Hey Robert, thank you for your purchase of the Draw-Tite Hitch # 24964 for you 2023 Kia Rio!
The wiring kit you're looking for is the Tekonsha # 118793 which tees in behind your tail lights and pulls power directly from your battery via the black wire so you don't overload your light circuits.
I also recommend picking up the Mounting Brackets # 18136 and # 18144 so you can keep the 4-Way connector right next to your hitch receiver for easy access when needed.
If you'll be towing, you need a ball mount kit and for that I'm linking our ball mount article so you can ensure you get the correct height and size the first time.
