The installation will be the same as the video (linked) you are referencing, but you'll need to use the Tekonsha Tail Light Converter Wiring Kit # 119178KIT instead because the 119175KIT you're looking at was replaced/upgraded with this other kit.

Hey, how did the wiring go on your Montero Sport using the Tekonsha tail light converter kit? Knowing how it worked out could help others doing the same upgrade.
