Hello Mike, thanks for reaching out. Sadly there is no replaceable fuse in the Jensen LED RV Smart TV # JEN92RR, and there are no other repairable components. If you are sure there is power going to the connector for the TV, I am afraid there are really no troubleshooting steps beyond that. These TVs do come with a 1-year warranty, but if you are outside of one year the only solution will be to replace it with a new one.

@JesseM Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly what the resolution was, but I think it must have been a cockpit error that I was able to resolve. The system is currently fully operational without having to replace anything.

@MikeD Oh nice! Glad to hear you were able to get to the bottom of it! Its not common at all for the fuses inside the TVs to go bad like that. Good to know that wasn't the issue. Thanks for taking the time to share!
