I currently own a 2012 F-350 Super Duty Lariat with your Curt A16 hitch installed, been working flawlessly for the past 6 years , love it . I recently purchased a 2024 F-350 Super Duty XLT that does not have the pre-packaged Puck system installed in the bed so can I move my hitch from the 2012 into the new 2024 ? If you need to know this they are both six and a half foot beds

Hey Gus, glad to hear you've been enjoying the Curt A16 hitch!
I'm guessing your A16 has the base for a Ford factory puck system so you'll need to swap out the base to one that works with above bed rails. Here are the parts you'll need to get your A16 working with your new truck:
- Curt R16 Round Tube Slider # C16560
- Demco Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails # DM72GV
If you want to keep your setup to a "below the bed" mount system then I can help you with that but it will be a bit more pricey because of the parts we'll need to use. Just let me know and I'd be more than happy to put those parts together for you!

Hey Gus, how did things go getting your Curt A16 set up in the new F-350 with the above-bed rails and slider? Your update could make it easier for others upgrading to a newer truck without the puck system.
