For a trailer hitch that fits your 2019 Nissan Rogue and doesn't require any type of drilling into your frame, use the following:
- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98846
The # e98846 has a 500 lb tongue weight capacity, which is more than enough capacity to hold a 200 lb chair and its carrier.
For example, if you used the 101 lb Reese Steel Solo Cargo Carrier and Folding Ramp # PS10401-10402 and added the 200 lb power chair you'd be at 301 lbs, well below the 500 lb capacity of the hitch.
