Hi Tim,

So the measurement from the center of the receiver to the bottom of your frame depends on which of the mounting hole locations you use when installing the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41947

As you can see by the accompanying cutout of the diagram I added, the # 41947 will be either 6-5/8", 8-1/4", or 10-1/4" from the center of the receiver to the frame.
