I have a star craft pop up trailer 1998 it has a brakeaway kit and i was wondering if it would have trailer brakes that I could use with a brake controler

Hey James! I don't have anyway of knowing whether or not a Starcraft pop up trailer from 1998 has brakes. There's over a dozen different models and there's no database available that gives me the information on any of them. If the trailer has a breakaway kit and a 7-way connector I would say it does have brakes.
The Prodigy P3 Brake Controller item # 90195, you were looking at, would be a great option for your 2003 Dodge Caravan. It is a proportional brake controller that slows or stops your trailer when your Caravan decelerates.
