Recommended AC Unit & Heat For Cargo Trailer

Hi Steve,

There is a good option for an AC unit that will allow heat for a cargo trailer, but there aren't any AC units that run off 12 volts (with the exception of the thermostat), only 115V. If you're okay with that then the best unit is the Furrion Chill HE, which you can get in either White or Black:

- White: Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR55PV

- Black: Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR23PV

These are 15,000 Btu units for the most cooling power, and their dual fans make it much more efficient and use less energy than other units. They have a thermostat for easy control, and the only other thing you'd need, in order to add heat, is the Heat Strip Add-On for Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner # FR63PR.
