Yes, Draw-Tite gooseneck trailer hitch and isntallation kit # 9464-35 is listed as a fit for the 2011 to 2012 Ram 2500HD, including Mega Cab models and 2 or 4-wheel drive models. I have linked a video showing an installation for you.
Since you have a short bed truck you will probably want a ball with an offset. You can use # 19308 which will provide an additional 5 inches of clearance.
And if you need to add in-bed trailer wiring you can use # 41157. I have linked a video showing installation of this wiring harness as well.
