Hello Art,
It depends on the weight of the bike, but in general, most ebikes weigh too much for the 37-1/2 lb per-bike capacity of the Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Rack # TH963PRO.
For the most part, you're going to need a platform rack for an ebike, such as the 60 lb per-bike capacity of the hitch-mounted Swagman Current Bike Rack # S64678.
