The Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack # RR54SR you got for your 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty will only fit with Rhino-Rack crossbars. They are similar in size, but how they mount to the legs does matter.
If you're talking about using a Thule accessory like the J-Style Kayak Carrier Cradles # TH834 then yes, these will fit the Rhino-Rack crossbars just fine!
