Hitch Position and Compatibility with Erickson Load Extender for a Front Hitch on 2012 Dodge Durango

Question:

Thank you for answering my questions yesterday,a couple of follow ups... How far will the hitch stick out from the front of my 2012 Dode Durango Citadel? One reviewer posted pictures sjpwing that it sits flush with the fascia after the install, but it looks like the end of the hitch may have been cut off or something. Also, I just want to confirm that this hitch will work with the Water sport carrier - EM07605 Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I order the right items. Thanks

On the review picture you mentioned to me it looks as though he scuffed up the receiver face a little. This means he probably used the hitch, # C31033, several times before sending us pictures. So it should be flush or nearly flush once installed on you r2012 Dodge Durango Citadel. I have linked the installation instructions for you.

The hitch is compatible with the Erickson Big Bed Junior Load Extender # EM07605 which will fit a 2 inch trailer hitch and extend out enough to clear the front of the Durango.
