Can Dometic 320 RV Toilet be Used in a House

Do you carry a Dometic 310 or 320 for manufactured home and does it come with parts such as seal

Hey Murray, the RV toilets aren't ideal for houses because they normally dump (pun intended) straight into a black water tank right below the toilet so they don't use as much water as a house toilet that flushes more water to get through house plumbing.
