Lightweight Kayak Trailer Recommendation for Two 15' Sea Kayaks

In search of lightweight boat trailer to safely haul two 15 foot sea kayaks. I drive a 2007 Toyota 4Runner. Prefer cross bars. No J Hooks . No V shaped beds as they dont accommodate flat bottom of my kayaks.

The lightest kayak trailer we have is the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08106 which weighs in at 150 lbs and comes with 66" round crossbars.
For something a bit more cost-effective we have the Malone MicroSport Trailer # MPG460G which has a higher weight rating at 800 lbs (as opposed to 250 lbs for the Yakima), but this trailer weights in at 197 lbs. Still lightweight for a trailer, but not the lightest option we have.

Hey Christy, how did things go with the Yakima Rack and Roll or the Malone MicroSport trailer for your kayaks? Did either one give you the support you needed for those flat-bottom boats? Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same setup.
