Question:
What is the difference between part # 87604 and 75709? It would be for a 2013 ford edge sel with appearance package? I assume it can take standard ball mounts as well or does it have to be from your site? thanks,

The Draw Tite Hitch part # 75709 that you referenced is the exact same as the Hidden Hitch part # 87682 (which is no longer available). If you check the installation instructions for both that I attached you will see that they share the same instructions. Either hitch would work for your 2013 Ford Edge as long as you do not have the Sport model.
Any 2 inch hitch ball mount should fit either hitch. For a ball mount, hitch ball, and pin and clip, I would recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, part # 989900. This is a kit which includes 2 ball mounts, a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, and a hitch pin and clip.
For trailer wiring you may also be interested in the Curt Wiring Harness part # C56120.
