How Does Pro Series Square 5K Drop-Leg Trailer Jack Install on a Trailer

Question:
I received this square jack and there is no mounting hardware. Looking back at the description I gather it did not come with it? Could you confirm and let me know what else I need to mount it?

Pro Series trailer jack # PS1400800383 is a weld-on application so there is no mounting hardware for it. A professional welder at a machine shop or a local iron worker could weld it to the trailer in a few minutes for a nominal fee.
