Do the Wires of the Optronics Trailer Lights # QH16CTS Run Through the Mounting Post

Question:
How are the wires routed for this light? Are they through the mounting post such that a separate hole is not required for the wiring? If they are not is there a similar light with wiring through the mounting post? This will be used on a horse trailer for rear loading lights. Thanks

I went out into our warehouse and pulled a Optronics Trailer Lights # QH16CTS and found that the wires come out of the back of the light assembly and not through the mounting post. I checked all of the other pedestal halogen lights we carry and they all have the lights coming out the back of the assembly like this unit.
It would be just a matter of drilling a hole and installing a grommet to run the wires.
