I need to put rail on my scion xb 2006 Im looking for a cargo box I need to put a stroller insideit will be a big stroller I have twin girls too person stroller

Since the roof of your 2006 Scion xB is totally naked you will first need a roof rack. For that I recommend the Rhino Roof Rack that consists of the following components:
Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack with Aero Crossbars # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and Custom DK Clamps and Pads # DK138. This rack will have a spread of 29-1/2 inches. For a box that would fit that spread as well as your larger stroller I would recommend the Thule Sidekick part # TH78GC.
