Lexus 2021 RX 450hL /RX450h Is exactly the same amount of trimming Fasica needed? Your video showed a model RX 350h and never mentioned the RX 450h. Thanks, Paul

No, the trimming required for the RX 450h is about twice the size. I have attached a screenshot below from the installation instructions for the Draw-Tite item # 75540. This hitch is confirmed to fit the 2021 Lexus RX 450h.
We haven't had a chance to install this on a 2021 RX 450h so we do not have an installation video. I have attached the installation instructions below so you can see the entire process. There are different steps for the RX 450h and the RX 350h that are detailed separately in the instructions.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118255 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
