Does this fit 2015 Ford Focus st hatch back with a naked roof ? I just have rubber strip running on the roof along the sides.

That one does not but I have a nearly identical set up with the custom fit clamps you'll need for your 2015 Ford Focus ST. It is the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs item # RR78MR. This flush mounted roof rack kit has everything you need to install it on your Focus. It has a 165 lbs capacity.
The crossbars are too short on the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack item # RR73QJ you were looking at and this kit doesn't have the right mounting clamps you need.
