Hey Sean, I recommend checking out the Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket # RMCB02. This cargo basket is similar to the Rhino Rack Xtray but is made of steel not aluminum.

This basket has a max weight capacity of 165 lbs and will work with round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars.

To actually attach it to your car you'd need a set of crossbars if you don't already have a set. If you don't have any and you have flush rails then you can use # RR44FE, and if you have a naked roof then you can use # RR79VE.

I think you misunderstood my question. I’m looking for a cargo basket that’s aerodynamic like the rhino rack xtray, but I’d like it to be of aluminum construction so I don’t have to worry about rust issues! My RAV4 does have crossbars which the Toyota dealership mounted for me. They are oval-shaped. Thanks, Seán

@SeánS Hey Sean, I believe I understand what you're looking for now, So in that case you can use the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket for Factory Rails # SPS4560-1101 which is made from Aluminum and mounts to your vehicle's flush rails that Toyota installed.
