Solera Smart Arm Awning - What Does Blinking Green Light Mean And How Can I Fix It?

Question:
2020 coachmen adrenaline 29kw toyhauler. Did the procedure for the awning reset. No luck. The unlock light still blinking green. Tried unplugging it also, waited 5 minutes. Plugged it back in. Still no luck. Any suggestions.

Hello JT thanks for reaching out. The blinking green light on the Solera Smart Arm Awning # LC517517 indicated a level 2 fault. The following process must be followed in order to clear the fault:
1. Press touchpad extend button
2. Press touchpad retract button
3. Press touchpad light button
4. Press touchpad wind button
5. Hold touchpad unlock button for 10 seconds.
Once this unlock procedure is done, the LED should remain solid. If this does not work, it could mean moisture is still being detected inside the unit, or the unit itself is bad. If this is the case I suggest you reach out to Lippert directly so their techs can help you troubleshoot over the phone while you are there with your RV.
