FOR a chevy trax 2021, is the DT32GR the standard class III or is there a better hitch. AND what else do I need besides the hitch

Yes, for the 2021 Chevy Trax, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT32GR is a Class III and is indeed a fit for your vehicle.
As for what else you need, that depends on what you are using the hitch for, though you plan on doing some towing and need a 4-way wiring harness, use # C43FR if you have the LT model or # 118659 if you have the LS model.
