Question:

How do I remove the combo 2 5/16 2inch balls and is there someway I can only have one ball at a time. Thank you.

To remove the ball set from the ball platform on the Diversi-Tech Ball Mounts # DTSTBM7000-2S you would need to use the included allen wrench to remove the bolt from the front of the ball mount platform. See the attached pic.

The balls are attached together so there would be no way to only use one of the balls without the other.
