Does the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider 2 2-Bike Carrier # HR1000Z-R Tilt

Question:

The pictures you have for this product dont correspond with the installation instructions. I want to make sure that HR1000Z-R tilts away from the cargo area when the bikes are loaded. I highlighted the differences in the attached images.

The pictures of this rack that we have on the product page for the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider 2 2-Bike Carrier # HR1000Z-R are the current version of the # HR1000Z-R. There was a change recently where they added the portion to the rack that you highlighted that allows it to tilt and the instructions have not been updated.
