Hey Danilo, the Maxtrax Flat Rack Mount for MKII Recovery Boards # MA52PR will work great with the Maxtrax Lite Recovery Boards # MA24ZV and the SideBar Rails for Yakima OverHaul HD and Outpost HD Truck Bed Racks # Y01153.
Since these mounts just install into t-tracks and the Yakima SideBar has integrated t-tracks so the two will be compatible. The only thing you'd need to make sure is that you have at least 35" of room for the boards to physically fit.
