So there is a 5th wheel to gooseneck pin box you can put on your Jayco 321RSTS with a Rhino pin box, but it isn't a Goose Box (they don't make one for the Rhino), it's a Gen-Y. For your rig, the correct 5th wheel to gooseneck is the following:
