Thanks for the picture! Yes, a Lomax cover will work with your Thule TracRac item # TH43003XT-501 because of how it mounts but the item # AB1010019 does not fit the truck you listed. It fits 5-1/2' bed Fords.
For a 2021 Ram 2500 with a 6-1/2' bed and no ramboxes you will want the Lomax Hard Tonneau Cover item # AB1040069.
