The rails themselves are universal and will fit your 2003 Dodge Ram 3500. If you had the Reese universal kit # RP30035 on your old truck then you will also need a special bracket, # RP58023, in order to install the kit on your 2003 Dodge Ram 3500.
The only other thing you will need is replacement hardware # RP58430 since the hardware is not meant to be installed more than once.
