No, most if not all trailer wire harnesses, including the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118786, are made of stranded copper wire. The wiring typically has to pass through tight areas and be able to easily bend so stranded wire is the easier and more cost effective option over solid wire.
