We do offer a replacement jack handle for Fulton Sidewind Marine Jacks such as the jack you referenced, part # FTJ12000101. This is a handle and crank assembly together; the hand-grip portion alone is not available separately.

Part # F0933305S00 from Fulton is rated for up to 1500-lb jacks and fits several of their marine jacks as well as one from Pro Series. The linked product page lists the compatible jack models for which this handle assembly will work as a replacement.
