Hey Ryan; thanks for the question and it is indeed possible, you'll just need a different Elite gooseneck part number than the one you referenced. You'll need the Elite gooseneck that fits your 2017 GMC Sierra 3500, and the Demco Autoslide that fits the Ford puck system. So here is exactly what you'll need:

- Elite Series Underbed Gooseneck # RP30158-68

- Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider - Ford Super Duty Prep Package - 18k # DM8550024 or 21K # DM8550038

It's kind of goofy and I'm not sure why they did it this way but the Elite Series goosenecks use the same spacing as only the Ford pucksy, which is why you need the Autoslide for Fords instead of GMs.

Is there anyway to bolt rails in with my b and w gooseneck I currently have?

@KyleS do you know why they say you can't use the demco b&w gooseneck to rails adapter with the demco auto slider? Is it due to rotating force on the pin?. Could someone just secure the back of the autoslide to the box if that were the case?

@Ryan Way too much force, yeah. And I definitely don't recommend securing the back of the autoside to the box. There's honestly no telling what may happen.
