As long as you go with the Thule TracRac SR, which mounts to the stake pockets instead of the inner lip of the bedrails you'll be able to mount certain tonneau covers to the bed of your 2013 Ford F-150. The Thule TracRac SR comes in the following bed length sizes:
5-1/2' Bed # TH43002XT-508EX
6-1/2' Bed # TH43002XT-501EX
8' Bed # TH43002XT-000EX
From there you can choose a cover that sits inside the bed rails:
5-1/2' Bed # A22010269
6-1/2' Bed # A22010279
8' Bed # A22010289
