what are the distance between screws, thanks,im trying to fit this on a topeak brand bike basket, thanks

I spoke with Dahon and they let me know that the Quick Coupler for Dahon Folding Bikes # DA47FR is 1 5/8" between the top mounting holes and 2" between the top and bottom mounting holes. I've attached a diagram showing these measurements for you to check out.
