Yep! You would just need to plug the Hopkins Multi-Tow Trailer Connector Adapter # HM47675 into the 7-way at the rear of your 2004 GMC Sierra and you would have the ability to connect a 4 or 5-way plus have a 12 volt accessory circuit.
