Could Viking Solutions SwiveLift be Left Installed When Travelling

Question:
Once youve lifted the load and secured it in the bed of your truck, can you leave the lift installed while traveling, or does it need to be removed from the receiver and placed in the bed of the truck for transit? Also, is it easily disassembled for storage when not in use?

It's not recommended to travel with the Viking Solutions SwiveLift part # 310-VSL001 installed in your hitch. It probably wouldn't damage itself but it was never tested with this application and it would add quite a bit of length to the rear of your truck. It is pretty easily disassembled though.
