I have a 2023 ford bronco heritage edition with trailer hitch. I’d like to get the kuat pivot extension that I see other bronco owners using. Can then attach an existing Thule bike rack or something else to it? Ideally I am then looking for a 4 bike carrier and a ski carrier.

The Kuat Pivot 2 Swing-Away Hitch # PVD20B (driver's side) and # PVP20B (passenger's side) can be used with other accessories like your Thule bike rack, like the Thule T2 Pro X Bike Rack # TH26ZE, or a hitch mounted ski carrier. It has a 250lb capacity but due to the amount of leverage it will place on the Bronco's hitch it will reduce the hitch's capacity by 50% so you'll need to ensure you stay under whichever capacity is lower.
This only has one receiver tube so you'd have to use a separate rooftop ski carrier and would require a roof rack. If this is something you'd like to do then you could go with the Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00426 and TimberLine Towers # Y33TR for the roof rack and then use a carrier like the Thule SnowPack # TH7324B.
