Can Progressive Dynamics Panel Power 12 Volt Circuits When AC Power Isn't Present

Question:
When not connected to shore power, does this unit allow 12vdc from the battery to pass through the DC distribution to power all 12v circuits directly from the battery with out AC power being supplied to the unit?

The Progressive Dynamics part # PD4135K does not have the ability to draw power from a battery if AC power isn't available. It is designed to only charge a battery after converting the AC power to DC and unfortunately doesn't have a way to reverse itself and power the DC circuits from the battery.
