I have a 1994 ford explorer with a snow bear plow mounted in the front. Can I remove the plow and mount it on my 2004 Grand Cherokee ?

With a front hitch installed on your 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee like the Curt # C31048 you can use a SnowBear plow like the part # SB324-081 that you referenced which was designed to attach to 2 inch hitches.
