What kind of bolts are used to hold things on this rack? Im thinking of putting on a tire and a starlink

Rhino Rack has a spare carrier for their Pioneer Platform trays with the part # RRRSWS which also requires the eye-bolt kit part # RR43117. I am not sure what the best way to secure the Starlink would be but the eye bolt kit mentioned would be the best way and it uses a T-bolt style attachment.
