Yes, the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT23GR will fit your 2023 Model 3. The LFP battery has no impact on the installation of the hitch. However, unless you specifically need a 1-1/4" receiver, I would get a hitch like the # e33ZR with a 2" receiver instead. This will greatly increase your options for towing and accessories.
